Payment:
I prefer PayPal for payment but will also, accept money orders, and checks. You order will be processed and shipped once payment is received.
Shipment:
I offer free shipping during the holiday season only on all orders. Your items will be shipped within 2-4 business days after payment has been received. Items will be shipped out via USPS and an email will be sent when item has been shipped out.
Custom Orders:
There is no return on custom orders. These orders have been specially made to for you. However, I do repair and orders that have been broken or damaged due to shipment free of charge.
I do make sure that your items are packaged properly and shipped to you in perfect condition. If you should have a problem with your order please email me privately and be sure to attach your invoice.
All other items:
Your up most satisfaction is very important to me. I stand behind my pieces, service and my customer. If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 10 days from the date of receipt.
